Two weeks down and I am feeling good. I know I have lost weight already as my clothes are starting feel more comfortable rather than suffocating me and me feeling like a beach whale.
I have seen the healthy light and I am following it every step of the way. No more kidding myself that I will wake up thin one day. I know I have to put the work in and work is what I am doing and I am actually feeling very empowered.
I want to see where I will be in another two weeks. I will keep you all posted my current weight is 11.1stone and I know was heavier than that when I started, so I will weigh in again on Monday 3rd September lets hope I get into 10s :) Good luck to you all who is challenging themselves it isnt easy but it can be fun
