Yes, you can use the recipe calculator on SparkRecipes.com . Once you enter it there, you can also add it to your nutrition tracker. There is a new recipe tab button in the add a food window on the nutrition tracker that has an easy way to pull your recipes and other recipes you have saved. Otherwise, you can use the link on the actual recipe page to add it to your tracker.
I am newer so there might be something else. However I have input a couple of my favorite recipe's in the recipe calculator (on the spark recipes page) and then I saved them in my recipe box. Now I can pull them up whenever I want. I plan on putting more recikpes in when I have time.
