Last night I was really hot and wanting icecream or something when I got in, and remembered that I'd put some green grapes in the freezer. They made a great guilt-free snack and cooled me down, too. I'm planning to buy a Zoku popsicle maker so I can make frozen treats out of the extras from my breakfast smoothies.
Hot tea is good in winter.

Ooo! popcorn or pretzels, that's a good idea
I don't really get hungry during day the either but I do eat cause I know my body needs the energy. Also so I don't go overboard at night, I only get snack munchie and not full blown binge like I know I would if I don't eat all day; cause I have

I actually am on a gluten free, low sugar (only from fruits) whole foods diet. I eat 1-2 fruits, vegetables, eggs, cheese, nuts, seeds, & a tiny bit of oil for cooking. I even cut out meats other than the eggs. Even though I cut my calories quite drastically, I eat 3 times per day & have NO cravings anymore. Before (& even now when I "cheat") I was a horrible night eater. Never hungry during the day & starving at night. I think it has something to do with processed sugar, flour, "bad" carbs. Even just a tiny bit now makes me crave more & more. I even have to eat the fruit in the morning or I get a craving. It only took maybe 3 days to adjust to it.
Plan for 100-200 calories to eat at night before bed. Air popped popcorn, pretzels, oranges, and ice cream bars are my favorites. Just be sure to measure your portions.

If I don't eat after supper I wake up in the middle of the night and eat something that I shouldn't, so I plan in an evening snack - fresh fruit or cottage cheese with fruit.

I get plenty of sleep good sleep even, 8 or 9 hours. I go to bed around 11:30 or 12 and wake up at 8 or 8:30. Usually after I munch I go to bed. I try to sleep cause I'm tired but I stay up thinking about snacking.

Go to bed earlier. :)
The sleepier you are, the more likely you are to lose your willpower and indulge. The odds are, you're like most people and are chronically sleep deprived. I know, it's a pain (I am a night owl myself) but keeping yourself well rested is critical!

I do okay throughout the day, I don't really diet, I just try not to eat too fatty or too sugary. I don't always make it but I'm not too bad. My problems is around 10 or 11 at night I get bad munchies. I eat enough calories, sometime more than enough, and I still get hungry. I did the brush your teeth thing so I won't munch, no good. Any suggestions?
