Hello all, I am new here too. I have been dieting all my life, it seems. I've been on a weight rollercoaster, losing weight for a while, only to gain it back again. I hope this is going to be the final time - that I can change my lifestyle for good!

I'm new to this page and to dieting. Growing up I was an active child, teen and young adult. I did sports all year round, and I ate everything I wanted. I never worried about weight gain, until I hit 28. When my husband left for basic I continued to eat like I always have, but after looking at pictures from his graduation I noticed I had gained weight. I have never been big and even at my biggest, (not including pregnancies) I by all means was small, but for me I didn't feel small. I know my body as I have looked at it for 30 years, and I started notice the weight gain. I began exercising again, and I got in really great shape. Then I moved across the ocean and got pregnant. 16 months post pregnancy I am small again, but I'm more tone. I would still like to tone more, but not lose weight. My problem is I have to watch what I eat, otherwise my exercising is just a lost cause. So I joined this page to have people be able to see my page and help hold me accountable and stay on track to a healthier eating style..
