Going to the store and stocking up on good food would be a great thing to do!

I'd suggest starting small ... do something active for five minutes, or 10. It'll make you feel better, and you'll feel good when you're done. Then, tomorrow, do the same thing, only for longer.

You just need to start. It'll come.

I have spent all weekend playing on the internet instead of doing anything productive. To make matters worse, most of my calories have come from chocolate today. emoticon I haven't went to the grocery store so there is nothing in the house to eat. I'm so angry with myself.

I would appreciate a good nudge in the right direction.
