I did what you suggested and I see where I can add some additional ones. However, Omega 3 and Omega 6 Alpha-Linolenic and Linoleic Acid are not on the list. These two essential fatty acids are important to a heart patient like myself. The other thing that is important is the ratio between the two essential acids.
I would like to see a vitamin tracker. It would be great to track vitamins, minerals, fats (omega 3, 6, 9), and other supplements such a CoQ. By doing this, we could see where our deficiencies are. How many of you would like to see this also?
