My current favorite food has to be the smoothie that I make for breakfast every morning.
1c frozen mixed berries (I usually get fresh berries and freeze them myself) 1c liquid (either water or orange juice) 1 banana 1 c baby spinach 3/4 c greek yogurt
Put it all in my magic bullet and a few minutes later I have a delicious breakfast!
Great way to start off a morning and with the protein in the greek yogurt I stay full until lunch time! No more mid morning snacking!

Those foods sound soooo good, especially the baby carrots. Would like to try it. Do you have a built in grill on your stovetop, or do you use the BARBQ outside grill? Or.... do it under the oven overhead thingy?

My new favorite is roasted EVERYTHING! LOL... Roasted cauliflower is AMAZING. Roasted matchstick carrots (taste like Durkee Fried Onions!) Roasted Beets & Butternut squash Roasted mini sweet peppers Roasted Broccoli Slaw Yup...I am roasting everything!
Great idea ! Thanks for sharing. Can you tell me what brand of sugar free syrup it is? I worry that sugar free means fake sugar aftertaste, but from your description, it sounds yummy !

I recently discovered sugar free maple syrup...I think this is my new favorite treat. It only has 35 calories in a 1/4 cup. I put it on my plain boring oatmeal (less than 1/4 cup) and it taste like I am eating oatmeal cookies! 1/2 cup of plain (dry) oatmeal only has 150 calories it really helps to eat this as a snack in the afternoon to get me to dinner. The other thing I discovered is pancakes for dinner! I have a plain store brand name that you only add water to. and I 1/2 cup (dry)of that makes this huge pancake...210 calories + syrup. Both of these foods have taken the edge off and leaving me feeling like I have cheated and I have not.
