emoticon good for you!! There are going to be days were you think you just don't want to do it anymore...but think of the reasons you started, think of how good it felt to meet a goal. I like the way you're looking at it, one step at time...but as long as the steps are forward you're going to do well.

My advice is DON'T QUIT. Nearly everyone does. Stay with this. Listen to Richard Johnson MD lecture on "THE SUGAR FIX." I've learned so much from him and reading his book.

I found SP about a week ago, I believe it is my lifeline. I'm setting small goals and staying on track. I have been exercising regularly, drinking my 8 glasses of water and tracking every bite.
My week has been hard, that's for sure. Especially since I have just been coasting along for years. I had to make my self get up off the couch and do something. For the past 6 months I really didn't care to leave my house. I have been so out of sync,

Every step I have taken this week was hard, but also I welcomed each one of them. I'm facing this head on and taking back my life. If you have advice tips want to friend me please do
