My favorite non-scale victory is feeling my pants fitting a little looser. I know it's a little thing, but it means everything I'm doing is working!

Good on you! I think my fav was when I realised that I did not need the extension belt on the air plane.

Mine is this...........JUST THE WAY I FEEL! Man I feel so much better! I am 46 lbs down and I feel like a new person! I crave working out! WTF?????? I actually do! The only down side is that as happy as I am about losing 46 lbs.........I need to lose another 80! It's all good, my life has changed.......I will get there.......

Skipping a size is a great non-scale victory.

I recently went from a size 16 to a 12...without noticing!

My favorite Non Scale Victory was when I was walking down the hallway at work and felt something funny on my leg. I realized that it was my underwear and they were creeping down because they were to loose emoticon

For me it is 2 things...

1) Being able to look down and actually see the floor without seeing my belly!!!
2) Looking in the mirror at my WHOLE body and enjoying the way my shape is changing!!
