After having to rest for a few months after giving birth I gained 7lbs from eating too much and not being able to exercise. This put the weight I wanted to lose up to 23lbs. It was the most I've ever had to lose so pretty daunting and so was getting active again. Now I've been back exercising at last and it's making it so much easier to be healthy. So I've been successfully tracking for 3 weeks now and it's paying off! It feels great to feel my goal getting closer, 16lbs to go, can't wait to fit into all my clothes again!
