I was planning on Cycling before kettlebells but decided to wait until I've done a couple 45 minute classes first. I will most likely wait till spring to go to G force after I've got more of the moves down with my at home dvd for Les Mills.

turbo - so did you go to the other gym on Saturday? I didn't hear anything about it.

Today I did Bob's Ultimate cardio. He sure does like squats and lunges.

So are any of you planning your healthy meals for the weekend? I need to start searching for some more dinner recipes. We have been in a rut for a while.

Based on my weight this morning, I gained 1.5 pounds over the last 5 days while on vacation. That means that I only lost 1 pound in January -- which is really disappointing given how hard I worked. Deep down inside I am hoping that some of that will disappear magically over the next day or so and turn out to be water weight from flying and/or eating more sodium or something. We'll see.

Also, I am officially changing scales as of this morning. I bought a new one about 2 weeks ago, but continued to use the old one for my official weights for the January challenge. The new one weighs about 2 pounds lower consistently. As of today, I am using the new scale.

My February goal is to lose 3 pounds. That would put me at 4 pounds for the first 2 months of the year and that is OK.

I'm in too! My goal for Feb will be 2 lbs a week. I had success for the month of Jan and I plan on keeping it going to get to my final goal.

I am in!! I would love to drop about 6 this month. The plan is to squeeze in the cardio as often as I can. With two kids that can be tricky but I need it for stress relief alone.

Welcome EVERYONE!!! This is so great to see so many people working on the close to the same goals. Short and reachable goals.

Today I did do Jillian's Extreme Shed and Shred both level 1&2 option. I stopped after 65 min and it still had 1 more circuit and cool down to go.

Excited to get on this board. Been on SP off and on since 2007 really making it work for me this time around. I ordered the SP 28 Day Bootcamp DVD just in time for February and wouldn't you know it leap year so 29 days! It's all good will be back on the first to enter my starting weight! Good luck!

Come join us anytime in FEB to try and take this slow journey with others that are also making small goals and taking it one month at a time.

Post your start weight on feb 1, and a goal weight for feb 28
then during the month come and tell us how you are doing. You can weigh in whenever you would like. If weekly helps you stay on track, if twice a week is better that is fine too. Or just at start and end. But let us know if you are feeling better, working out, staying on track. We are here to help you with your struggles and congratulate you on your victories too.
