Your body is not a toilet. It doesn't need to be flushed! Cleanses have no basis in scientific fact. Your colon and bladder do a perfectly adequate job of removing "toxins" from your body. Juicing is a fad, that provides no actual health benefits. Go eat some real food. You don't need to drink your calories all the time! It's unsustainable, and there's little point in short term, unsustainable diets that have no proven benefits.

Go back to chewing. :)

Generally speaking, you don't need to cleanse your body. You came with body parts like a liver and kidneys which take care of cleaning up your body.

If you are eating healthy food, you should be fine.

What are you cleansing your body of? Be careful of fad diets claiming instant results...Healthy eating should be a modification of food choices and portions...not elimination of food. Eventually you are going to have to chew again....So why not focus your energy on eating balanced healthy meals...At some point you are going to have to start this process anyway.

I, too, find no purpose or satisfaction in drinking my calories, unless I'm in a real rush and make myself a smoothie to go.

What are your cleansing? Are you getting adequate protein? I just don't get "cleanses" or juicing (and not really eating much) at all. Sorry. I'd just rather eat my calories than drink them.

I can't just drink my calories, but after I've just been on vacation or had a big meal out, I eat more natural foods than usual for a few days: lots of fruits & veggies, grilled chicken breast. Nothing with too much added to it and I found that works well for me.

I started a juicing cleanse on Monday and am trying to go all week with it. Monday I had only juice, Tuesday I ate dinner, and last night I ended up having some snacks. I am not even hungry while I'm juicing, I just miss chewing! I am adding healthy fats to my drink, like avacado. Has anyone on here had a successful juice cleanse?
