Thanks for the advice all. And yes, it is super tough! My sister and I are doing no more trouble zones and banish fat, boost metabolism twice a week and we do 6 week 6 pack once a week. I am really feeling the intensity at this point!!
My sister and I started doing Jillian Michaels' DVDs No More Trouble Zones and Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism. We've been at it for about a week and a half and they are quite challenging. I'm just wondering if anyone else is doing them and if so, how do you track them? Should it be high impact aerobics, circuit training, what?
