I've been tempted to try Yoga Meltdown but am a bit of a beginner when it comes to Yoga.
I've never actually been to a class, but have picked up bits here and there from various videos in the past.
Is Yoga Meltdown suitable for a novice?

I like:
banish fat boost metabolism - 45 min great cardio
no more trouble zones - uses weights again 45 min workout.
Ripped in 30 - a total of 4 workouts about 30 min each.
Killer buns and thighs all lower body - 3 workouts.
My new fav is the Kickbox fastfix. They do move fast, but I have learned from the old taebo that once i know the move, not to watch the screen and make sure I do the moves right and at my pace. This has 3 - 20 min workouts. I do them all back to back to make it a 60 min.

SO depending on what you are looking for these are my faves.

I have a 5 disc series called "Biggest Winner", which I don't believe is even produced anymore. I love it though and am glad I got it before it got discontinued! I also have her Yoga Meltdown, which is a definite favorite.

I tried the 30 day shred, but wasn't a huge fan - I like to count repititions, and found the "timer" style annoying. I haven't tried the ripped in 30 yet, mostly because I think it's similar to the 30 day shred and will be a timer situation rather than a specific number of reps for each exercise. I guess I'm a little OCD??

I regularly do the 30 Day Shred, and also love Banish Fat Boost Metabolism and No More Trouble Zones - the first is a high intensity cardio workout, and the second is the 'sister' workout I guess, being a strength routine. However, don't be fooled because although it's strength it is circuits (JM loves her circuits!) and gets your heart rate up, so you also feel the benefit of some cardio work too.
I'm trying to love Extreme Shed And Shred, but I think it will have to grow on me....
I also have Kickboxing Fastfix but it's too fast for me so at the moment I'm avoiding that one!

I'm currently doing her Body Revolution. I don't think it's in Walmart though! I'm loving it so far!

I have done the 30 day shred video. I went to Walmart the other day and was amazed by how many new ones are out there. For those of you who have done Jillian's videos, which is your favorite?
