If you already have the nutrition info, something you may want to consider doing is entering the nutrition info for that recipe as a manually entered food item in your nutrition tracker so you can track it without entering the whole recipe. This page has info on how to do that:
. Otherwise, you can enter it into the recipe calculator on , but you would not be allowed to share the recipe in the shared database because it is from another source.

Sometimes the suggested Sparkpeople menus do not have recipes or the recipes are lacking in details. We often discover other recipes on other web sites that are quite close to the food groups/ingredients that the menu is suggesting. Is there a way to store the link to another recipe in our favorite recipes? It is too much work to enter the recipe manually by copying it to the Sparkpeople site. Or, perhaps we could cut and paste the recipe and store it somewhere on our nutrition page?
