My combination of strength & cardio is working for me and I've lost 11 pounds to date while staying within my calorie intake. My program started only 49 days ago.

Mine is not working for me. I have reduced my calorie intake to under 1400, but can't seem to make it more than half hour at a time on the eliptical or e treadmill. I just keep going and hope next time I can go longer!
I believe the secrect is to search till you find the right one, do it and share it with others.

Yes, it is working nicely. I have a varied program and a personal trainer to make adjustments in my routine. I attend classes in kickboxing, tai chi, corepole power, yoga, spin, and deep water aerobics. I have gym friends that I see socially as well. I also use the indoor track in bad weather. I have a home gym when time is tight. I made a commitment to be fit. My nutrition is proper now!
