This is becoming my downfall. I work evenings, and when I get home, I need a couple of hours to relax before bed. Dinner at 9:30 and then what? Walls are too thin to do any housework or meaningful exercise without waking everyone, so I check e-mail, surf the web, watch TV....and eat
I just need to make up my mind not to do it any more.
Add a post every day that you manage to resist this urge. I need all the encouragement I can get.
