Hummus and whole grain pita chips? I love garlic-y hummus.

I like this a lot, I use it on grilled Boneless Skinless chicken breasts that are cubed up on skewers. Would be good on beef or pork as well. I most recently used it without the honey for a baby shower where mom-to-be had gallstones and gestational diabetes and was limited to a low fat/low carb diet as well. It is good at room temperature, although if you're transporting it for 6 hours it's probably best to keep it in a cooler and then take it out once you reach your destination:

Makes about 3/4 cup of glaze, or enough to cover and baste two pounds of skewered meat.

1/4 cup whole grain mustard
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh rosemary leaves
2 teaspoons Spanish paprika
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Whisk together all of the ingredients in a small bowl, cover, and let sit at room temperature for at least 30 minutes and up to 4 hours before using.

I just found out that I am hosting a tailgate at a football game out of town next weekend. The eating plan my doctor has me on is low fat/low carb and I am looking for some recipes for finger foods and tailgate foods that might fit in with my plan. I don't want to be stuck at the veggie tray all night. Does anyone have any ideas? I'd love for things to be able to be eaten at room temperature or cold, since we are traveling 6 hours to our destination and there is no oven at our hotel.
