Hi there ! I am glad you are posting, I think support is a huge help ! =) =) My DD is a lot older than yours, but back then I would walk with her, race her up hills, climb the jungle gym, etc. PLEASE do not feel guilty, you are becoming more fit, and a stronger mommy. =) Have a great day, and keep up the good work.

my son is 2.5 as well, and I either get up and exercise before everyone else gets up, or I do it when I have a break at work. Sorry, but I cannot relate to the mommy guilt, I am an only child and it has always been me me ME ME ME first, that hasn't changed since I had a baby.

i am so glad i found this forum.....
i am found that i am struggling with feeling guilty about putting time in everyday for excerise. I feel like i should be on hand every moment for my daughter ( she is 2 and half ) . She can fully entertain herself for 45 mintues while i bike, I just feel bad that i am not playing with her during that time. Though when i take her for a run, i don't feel so bad, because i know she is getting fresh air and we stop to look at flowers and play at the playground.
I was reading a few post earlier about how some other moms struggle with this too....
