Hi. I'm eighteen years old and I'm trying to lose weight. I'm not entirely sure what my weight is at the moment but from what I remember my last weigh-in was, I'm probably around 330 pounds (150Kg) at the moment and I absolutely hate it. I want to be fit and I want to be able to live my life without worrying about medical needs.
I'm a gamer girl. I absolutely love playing games and the internet in general. Gaming and design is where I want to go with my future career but I don't want to be one of the gamers who sit there, being a slob and fat. I really do want to lose the extra pounds. I don't even mind if I'm just a bit overweight, because I just want to be at a weight where I feel healthy and feel more energetic.
Unfortunately for me, there isn't many people who I can turn to in real life to help me with losing weight. A family member helps me and tries to guide me in the right direction but she doesn't tell me too much besides the usual increase your protein, less calories and walk for 15 mins a day (then increase it as time goes on). I know walking is good but I want more. I want to get my heart rate up and all that. I've been doing some dancing too for 30 mins a day.
Oh and one more thing, I spend my morning's around the computer, getting any university stuff done and such. So, I do most of my workouts from 1pm+.
Anyway, any tips are appreciated! I've typed a lot. I apologize.
