Hey, Guys! I have a TICKER question, too.

I'm trying to set my ticker on the first option of weight tracking and when I hit 'save' it keeps telling me I have to set a beginning and goal weight, but I have done that and it does show up under my goals. Any idea? ;(.

Hello and Welcome to Sparks!

If there is any way I can help, just let me know!

Irish smiles and best of luck,

PS - To add the ticker go to Start, Account Preferences, Community and there is a button for signature/tracker. You can use any measurement you want.

Hi, I'm a 27-year-old woman from the UK, and I'm hoping to lose around 20 lbs. My weight has fluctuated a lot in the last five years (thanks to a hopeless cycle of diets, followed by periods of indulgence...), and I'm now hoping to stabilise at the weight I *want* to be, but also to get there for my wedding day (August 10th).

Because this is a weight I want to maintain, not just reach quickly, I'm aware of the importance of taking the weightloss slow and steady, and not getting into any crash diet mode. That will be my challenge I suppose, as previously I've only been satisfied with fast results, which has led me to eat less and less and exercise more and more, until I ended up feeling miserable and exhausted after a couple of weeks. Bad times!

I still find it *very* frustrating when my progress stalls though - when I plateau (as I've done now after losing the first six lbs) I get extremely deflated and start to think I'm doing something wrong. Sigh.

Anyway, enough blather, my question is just a basic technical one: how do get those weightloss tickers many of you have under your messages? And do they *have* to be in kg? (I find it easier to think in lbs... a lb is easier to shift than a whole kg!).

Thanks everyone :)
