I am right there with you. I eat some form of added sugar everyday. It is a hard habit to break. I did a sugar detox before and it helped a lot. Instead of eating major things, I usually have a fun size candy every day. That is my treat. Drink lots of water and try to get your sweet tooth satisfied with fruit. Sometimes an apple with peanut butter satisfies my cravings.

I sympathize! I have the world's worst sweet tooth, always have. I have found that indulging my sweet tooth usually makes it worse instead of satiating it. My best advice is to not keep unhealthy sweets in the house. If you need something sweet, grab a piece of fruit or drink a cup of OJ, Ovaltine or chocolate soy milk. If the craving is not satisfied like this, brush your teeth to change the taste in your mouth. Or, you can take a walk around the block or use another distraction. Before eating another sweet thing, remind yourself that nothing tastes as good as thin feels. A moment on the lips, an eternity on the hips. Good luck!
