Everything is going well with my goals, and with the help of this website, I'm right on track for meeting my desired goal! :)

YEsterday was the first day of being on spark people. I thought it was really interesting to see where my calories were coming from. I actually met my calorie goal and went to bed slightly hungry.
I ran 2 miles yesterday and have an hour cross training session today. So far so good but its easy to stay on plan for a few days. I'm planning on making a lifestyle change and I know it won't be easy. But I know I will feel so much better.
Can't wait to cross that finish line after the race!
