Keep it up! I know you can do it. I feel ya :) I am to wanting to lose 1-2lbs a week and it drives me nuts when I weigh in and my weight didn't budge or worse you gain back that 1-2lbs you already lost the previous week then you feel your stepping backwards. EEK! BUT,never give up never surrender...RIGHT?! Buzz Lightyear taught me that. =^_^= I have faith you can do it.
A family wedding out of town has pushed me back. Seems as if everytime I get out of my routine, I take three steps back past the two I had made forward. So frustrating! Today I am starting a new goal...to get back on target and stay there. I WILL lose a pound or two a week, will control my prediabetes and will look and feel better!
