Thanks for the tip. I checked out the website, and they are low sodium and have 2 grams of fiber per 15 cracker serving as well (at least the variety I checked). I might give these a try. It's a good alternative to potato chips if I want a crunchy snack when I'm having a sandwich. I recently tried the World Table brand of rice crackers available at Wal-mart, which were pretty good, but these seem to have more nutritional value.
Snacks have been my struggle. I don't always want to have a fruit or veggie. A friend of mine had me try these crackers. They were great! They are: Crunchmaster Multi-grain Crisps. They are in the cracker aisle at Walmart. They are whole grain, gluten free, and contain quinoa and flax seeds. I love em'! Best part is, they are only 140 calories for 30 crackers. When you're not in the mood for a veggie or fruit, these are a good go to snack!!!
