Soy drinks have lots of calcium; yogurt is good, also cottage cheese

Also, check your weight setting. Your ticker shows you at over 400 pounds, but your picture doesn't. If your address is in a place that uses kilos and liters for products, the computer automatically assumes that the number you enter is kilos. If you want to use pounds, go back to the page where you entered your address, etc, look for the box that says "use metric system," and un-check it.

Mozzarella and goat cheeses are low in fat and high in protein and calcium. Sardines, if you don't find them repulsive, have quite a lot, and so does cheap canned salmon that uses the bones as filler. Quinoa and amaranth have some, as do many vegetables. Do an image search for purslane. According to the sources I've seen, a cup apparently has 300mg of calcium and a whopping 7 calories, and it grows as a weed in most of North America and Europe. You can find it in sidewalk cracks and backyards-- nutritious and free!

For me, it's pizza. Seriously. I load my homemade wheat/flax crust with veggies, and use a good cheese. Sometimes goat cheese, but regardless, I get my calcium because I don't drink milk either.

I'm having a problem consuming enough foods with calcium. I don't drink milk and cheese is really high in calories and fat.

I know about almonds and brocolli. Are there any others?

Thanks emoticon
