Hi everyone, I just joined Sparkcoach yesterday and have started the fast break stage 1 today through Sparkcoach. When I first joined last year I did the fast break but only did it part way through so I am starting it again.
I reviewed my fast break goals and made a change to one of them. My three goals are to take the stairs at all opportunities, drink eight 8 oz glasses of water and to write on the message boards each day. Guess I accomplished my third one just now. LOL.
