5 tablespoons applesauce
1 cup whole-wheat flour or all purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup 1% milk
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 ripe peaches pitted and sliced into eighths
2 cups blueberries

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Spray a 9-by-13-inch baking pan with Butter Pam.

Combine flour, baking powder and salt in a large bowl. Add milk, sugar and vanilla; stir to combine. Add the applesauce. Mix again.

Pour the batter baking dish.

Spoon peaches and blueberries evenly over the batter.

Bake until the top of the cobbler is browned and the batter around the fruit is completely set, 50 minutes to 1 hour.

Cool for at least 15 minutes. Serve warm

I really like angel food cake with some sugar free fat free pudding on top with fruit and maybe some cool whip free

Does anyone out there have a really good chocolate desert that is diet friendly?
It's hard to make something kids will eat in the desert area if it doesn't have chocolate,
not to mention I would love to have a chocolate treat too!
