That is your insurance company doing that not the laws..most arent in effect yet!
I take 8 different meds a day due to long term lyme disease. it took us 10 years to get a combo that works, and my insurance co last month decided that 2 of my meds would no longer be covered. My doctor went to war with them for me, and i am now able to get them.

I personally cant wait till it takes effect. my significant other has cancer and no insurance due to his condition. we pay EVERYTHING, chemo included, out of pocket, and noone will insure him calling it pre existing condition. totally ridiculous.

Just wondering if anyone else has felt any effects from the new Healthcare Laws. I was under the impression that I would be able to go to my own doctor. I have been seeing the same doctor for the past 20+ years. They no longer take my insurance.. And to top it all off, my premiums and deductibles went up.
