Happy Friday Sparkers! In a few days I will be done with week 3 and I feel the difference in my clothes and it feels good. I have had a few slip ups but I miss some of my favorite foods. However, I can definitely feel it now when I eat things that I shouldn't. But I am not being too hard on myself, I am only human and I am sticking to my planned goals very well.
