emoticon I know how hard it can be to stay away from the drive thrus! I am a police officer and many times it's darn hard to not get that quick meal when you can. Today it has been one month with no fast food. I make a point to prep my food before work,(good food) The difference? 30 days=15lbs off my rear! I'm pretty happy about it too!

Congrats to you! emoticon . I go to the drive through about 2 times a month even if that. I stay away from it. Plenty of good food and veggies and fruits at home.

I rarely do drive through anymore. and it is difficult right now cause it is shamrock shake time. I may have to have a small one but will go in to get it. NO I won't ..that might lead to a whole meal. I love eating healthy and love the way I feel

I used to eat fast food all of the time. Gained alot of weight. I go to the drive through about 3-4 times a year now. Really!!!

What a great idea to get an organixer to record these goals. Especially once you get into it, and can look back on how far you've come.

Thank you everyone for the encouragement! On top of keeping up with last weeks goals, this weeks are to walk more, no second helpings and get an organizer to keep up with all these goals and mini milestones each week!!!

Good job! I recently broke my McDonald's drive thru was hard the first few times the urge struck but I don't really even miss it now.

Though I have been a member of Spark for some time now, I am just now getting around to taking it seriously! As many of you have, I have tried diet after diet after diet....with no lasting results. Matter of fact, now anytime anyone says "she's on a diet..." I promptly inform them that I am NOT on a diet, diets don't work!! I have right at 100lbs to lose give or take and setting these weekly small goals just feels right. Along with fixing healthy meals every day, this past week my 3 goals were to drink my water, improve my posture, and NO DRIVE THROUGHS!!! Man was it hard, but I did it!!! It felt so amazing to step on the scale yesterday morning and be 6lbs lighter than I was last Sunday:) Truth be told, I packed such yummy lunches for work, I didn't really miss the drive through that much:)
