The only thing I haven't done yet is actually sign up for the half marathon. I'm thinking Rock N Roll here in the Virgina area. Your goals are mine though I don't have the two kids which resulted in the weight gain yet....

Good luck and hopefully I'll read your success story and can parallel it.

I too have as much weight to lose as well. Also remember, measure yourself now before you start so that if the scale does not move, your measurements are bound to change and those changes will keep you motivated when the going gets tough. :)

August 25, 2012 that is the date of my half marathon. I would love to step on the scale that morning and see a reading of 125. I want to drop 20 lbs (the extra weight i'm carrying from 2 pregnancies). And then I'll gain in all back when I pregnant with baby #3 :)

This is going to be a fun and successful journey. I'm doing it the old fashioned way. Eating less and moving more.

No excuses!
