Hey there,

I set the goal up on my trackers-fitness and added the step tracker. I then set this at 10,000.

Ia just set this as one of my goals. I would love to do 10,000 steps a day emoticon 10.000 steps: here I come!

I thought this would be a good challenge as it covers all the over challenges I have joineds

- 5,000 steps a day (Spark People)
- Walk 7 miles per week (20 somethings)
- 10 minute daily excercise 5 times per week (Official 10 minute challnege)
- 10 minutes cardio 3 times a week (my SP group).

I will update my progress on my daily blog

I want to join you on this challenge. I will start tomorrow also. I have a pedometer and I will strive to get 10,000 steps in everyday.

Once I buy a pedometer, I will try and walk 10,000 steps a day with you.

I am a newbie to the website and to excercise in general so I thought this would be good to start as many websites state we need to do 10,000 steps a day.

I had a desk job and a car so I probably did 2,000 to 3,000 at most. Also coincides with the time I put all the weight on.

Bought a pedometer today. Tomorrow I start my challenge to do 10,000 steps per day until 7 July and hopefully the weight is dropping. :-)
