I'm down 4 pounds, I'm choosing healthy foods over unhealthy ones. I'm also keeping with making my lunches for work and not going to the cafeteria, which costs an arm and a leg, even with my employee discount, and I usually choose unhealthy cause salads cost too much. I walk around and keep up my steps while my patients are sleeping. And I have yet to have a Starbucks drink since the beginning of the year due to my Ninja Coffee Bar being available at home. This year is about changing bad habits to good ones and staying there. I've even started taking the stairs, and I work on the 4th floor but it's getting easier and easier. Doing well so far!!
