  • I have a fitness device and/or app that I would like to connect to my SparkPeople account. How can I do that?
Some members like to use a variety of health and fitness tools. To make tracking easier, SparkPeople allows you to connect a few devices/apps to your SparkPeople account. Currently, the devices and apps that are able to be connected to your SparkPeople account are: FitBit, Misfit, Garmin, Google Fit, and Apple Health (*see note below about Apple Health).

To connect a device or app to your SparkPeople account:
  1. Roll your mouse over "My Trackers" in the top left corner of the screen.
  2. Click on "My Fitness."
  3. You'll now see your Fitness Tracker page.
  4. Scroll to the bottom of your Fitness Tracker page and click on "Connect Devices/Apps," which is located under Tools & Settings.
  5. Click the "Connect" button listed next to the device/app that you would like to connect.
  6. Fill in the login information for your device/app .
  7. Click the button to login/sign in.
  8. Your device/app will now be connected to your SparkPeople account and will start syncing automatically.

Note: If you have the FitBit Aria scale, you will need to connect your FitBit account following the instructions above. Once your Fitbit account is connected, your Fitbit Aria scale will automatically sync your data from FitBit.

*Apple Health can only be connected through our Mobile App, not on the website.
