I feel very frustrated. I want to exercise but I am very obese and all the videos and shows are for people who can get on the floor, kick, etc. and I cannot do any of that. I wish someone would do a video for us mobility limited people who need some real basics to get started before we can "graduate" to even beginning stuff. Report

I feel like a fog is lifting when I work out, some days slower than others. It is better than coffee, the high lasts longer and doesn't make me jittery. Any aches that cling to me after a new weight has been lifted are an invisible badge of honor in my battle against my lunchlady arms, badonkadonk butt, and saddlebags. In the end it leaves me feeling proud, until I get humbled and inspired by someone twice my age doing twice as much. Report

I can feel like I don't want to exercise today and then I make myself go out and walk and it wakes me up and makes me feel so good I could just keep on going. I get to work everyday about one hour or so early and walk before it's time for me to report to work. I walk up hills and steps alot. I started back in August with full time exercise and logging everything I ate-1200 calorie a day. After 16 week I had lost 15 lbs. I feel so good. I plan to keep it up because I want to lose another 20 lbs and maintain at that weight. When I started in August I weighed 185, now I am at 170. For my height and bone structure, 145-150 is adequate for me. But if you want to feel refreshed and like a new person, keep up with the exercise, even if you don't feel like it. If weight loss and health and looking good is what you want, then you can be determined to go at it. It may take some time but going at it the right way can and will be a lasting habit. You will love yourself for it. I like the way I look right now and even more so after the rest of my goal is accomplished. I'm looking forward to it. Exercise does make the biggest difference in your well being. All of us are on to a happy and New Year! The best to each of us-we can do it!. Report

When I start exercising, I am tired and cranky. I usually have to put on a movie or listen to loud music when I exercise so I don't get bored. At the end of my workout, I feel awesome, energized, and very ready for the day. Report
