System: Positive Force: Mentoring: SP Recommendations

Keep in Mind...
...Mentoring happens every day. It doesn't have to be an adult/kid relationship - people of all ages need mentors - or between a professional superior and rookie. Mentoring happens informally whenever we help someone else learn, understand or achieve his/her potential. Whether it's setting the direction for their career, or just learning how to play baseball.

...When you teach someone else, you learn just as much.

...Formal Mentoring programs can be community-based, in which the mentoring activity and place are up to the mentor and protégée. Or they can be site-based, where activities occur at a designated site and/or are supervised and monitored, such as at the YMCA, at work, or at youth shelters. Be very honest with yourself about how much time you can devote to this activity.

Chef Meg's (Leftover) Chicken Tostada
Submitted By: CHEF_MEG

Tostada means toasted in Spanish, and in this simple recipe, Chef Meg takes her Slow Cooker Provencal Chicken and Beans leftovers and makes a crunchy, crispy, chewy, cheesy tostada for a quick weeknight supper.

Some grocery stores carry tostadas, which are slightly drier and crispier than tortillas. If you can't find them, use corn tortillas--or your favorite kind of wrap. Full Recipe
