Most people don't think they can do anything about all the stuff they "have" to do every day. In reality, it's about choices.
The key is to prioritize your life, first by finding a Purpose to focus on, then by getting rid of some of the unnecessary stuff - things you do that don't support any goal in particular.
The more you focus on what's important, and the more you "do a little bit every day" to go after your goals, the more your days will be filled with meaningful activity. Everything you do has meaning when you're working toward your Purpose. Even the stuff you do now will look, feel and smell more important. Because there's a "why" involved.
Imagine living a life of doing things because you want to, not because you have to.
