I make sure that I have a fruit with breakfast every day. I try to include 1 fruit and 1 vegetable with lunch and have at least 2 veggies with dinner. That way I get at least 5 fruits & veggies per day. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

    Very nice strategy to eat fruits. Preferably foods should not be eaten immediately after the meals. Most of us substitute fruits for desert , which is not the right way to eat fruits. Since the fruits different Ph values and they metabolised differently , these should be eaten along a different time table and not llinked with intake of regular meals.
