Eating (or Drinking) Your Feelings

When I have the urge to eat my feelings, or drink them away because they make me uncomfortable, I go do an extra mini-workout first. Then if I still want those fries or that margarita, I have it - but I usually don't want it any more.
Extra exercise and fewer empty calories! Win - win.

    Good luck. It doesn't always work, but every small victory feels like another, if you know what I mean.

    This looks like a good idea to me. I'M RESTRUCTURING my workout goals. I plan on adding this one to my fitness goals as I am an emotional eater. I love this suggestion!!!!
