That is what i am doing ! Month of may i only lost 3 lbs on 1200 calories aday! Must say i was very dissappointed but i can't give up and won't go under 1200 calories aday so i plan to eat wiser choices for that 1200 calories a day more fruit and vegetables! Today i start a new month for me from May 25- June29th i get weighted once a month because i lose so slow! Good luck thanks for the tip!

Weight loss is a one day at a time process. We hit walls and struggles that leave us with no motivation. It is easier to find a support network even if it is one person and make your goals visual. Every day is new day and needs to be taken one day at a time otherwise it gets overwhelming and discouraging.
I find that not thinking about the whole journey, but just taking one day at a time works well. Celebrate at the end of every successful day. Give yourself a hug. If you have a bad day.... well..... now that day is over and tomorrow is almost here. 306
I am taking one day at a time. Enter everything I eat and drink...right now I am on day four...four successful days on this path. A few slips, but those I see as opportunities to learn...truly, the slips were around stuff I didn't know!
