Keeping in mind that I can help to change the condition of my body even a little bit, helps me keep my mind in a much happier and better frame of mind.

By keeping this thought in mind, when I wake up in the night or morning hurting from the Fibromyalgia, it is much easier to put it in the back of my mind and block it out. Thus being able to do what I have scheduled for the day.
