Want to lose weight? Drink 64 ounces (or 2 liters) or more of water. Eat what you want with portion control (and some self-control), especially during the morning and early afternoon. Drinking lots of water helps cleanse your body of toxins & replenishes it with needed fluids.
Retaining water? Drink more water, and you will feel less bloated. Cardio exercise also is key to lose weight, and burn off calories if you went a little out of control on the sweets or not-so-great carbs. Smile, laugh, love yourself, and then do more smiling, laughing & loving! You can do it!!!

Drink a glass of water before you eat. Especially, if you have issues with portion control. A glass will fill you up and you will eat a normal size portion of food versus a large portion. This will also help you give your body the water that it needs.
