I sing in the car, all by myself, along with the radio. I use the steering wheel as a drum at stop lights. I can only imagine how i look to other drivers..but i really dont care, and figure they probably get a smile out of my silliness too. This usually puts me in a good mood as I drive to work.

The other day, when I wanted to look for fulfillment in the fridge, I opened my mouth and sang instead! I love to sing, and so I shuffled around the kitchen doing the dishes and singing my heart out. You can't sing and eat at the same time, and after a few minutes, I wasn't "hungry" anymore--but I WAS happy, because I was singing a happy song!
Of course, blasting a favorite album or playlist to sing along with might help you get started. (And, I found it especially effective when I was singing praise songs to God.)
Guilty pleasures don't have to cost you calories! I'm in Iraq, work out alone in my quarters and use Pandora.com which allows me to "create" my own radio station that streams through my laptop. My go-to workout station at age 39? "Britney Spears Radio" Turns out that randomly selected songs from various pop princesses are super-workout friendly and oddly empowering. No one but me (and now YOU!) has any idea of my secret indulgence...shhhh!334
PS - I also destress by singing along to "Barry Manilow Radio" and relax to "Josh Grobin Radio"...
