This might sound like a no-brainer, but scheduling gym time on my "to-do" list keeps me on track even on days when I don't really feel like exercising. Then, if I don't go, I feel like I have not accomplished everything I needed to for the day. I also keep gym clothes ready to go, so I automatically grab them on the way out the door; exercise is now so much a part of my routine that I don't even think about not doing it.
