To get all my water in during the day, I fill up a 32 oz (measured) water bottle. I consume one with each meal, or at the minimum have one finished before the next meal.

    I think I am going to start trying this out. I tend to only drink two bottles a day as though water is a medicine and I should not consume more than two. Thanks for the tip.
