    You have to know where you are going if you are going to get there.
We think we are loosing because our pants are looser but it is just that the pants stretched. Really this happened to me.
I need to know how much I am and how many inches about my waist.
I am a believer in rigorous Honesty! And living in reality is better than living in a dream.
