    I have been putting crystal light in my waters so then it feels more like i'm drinking a flavored drink then just water emoticon

    I do this every time I eat out - and it saves me money, calories, and decision-making! Of course, the main benefit is to my health and hydration - but one surprising benefit is that other people I eat with usually decide to do the same - so I guess it sets a good example for others too.
