I use this You On A Diet strategy to make my busy work week easier and to stay on track. For example, I make a big batch of healthy, hearty soup on the weekend, and then pack individual bowls. Each day for lunch, I just grab one of these, some whole grain crackers and a piece of fruit. Easy!
I start my day with a good breakfast, I carry friut with me when I know I am going to be out a few hours. I stay within my calories that are given on SP. My biggest secret is Walking...I made a daily goal to walk at least 120 minutes a day. Walking daily has made my journey a success.
I step out my back door and take off. I don't have to worry about what to wear, I save money on gym memberships, workout clothes, and my vehicle, ect. I use a pedometer helps me know how many steps I've taken, and a MP3 helps with me get more steps in my mile.
