Make Eating Breakfast A Daily Goal




I made it a daily goal to eat breakfast before I left for work. By making it a goal I find I am more likely to do it.

  • I can't go without breakfast - it helps me get started in the morning. When I joined SP I changed my breakfast to a whole wheat cereal and can tell a difference when I do not eat it. - by ECASPERS
