    I can't go without breakfast - it helps me get started in the morning. When I joined SP I changed my breakfast to a whole wheat cereal and can tell a difference when I do not eat it.

    I also used to go without breakfast. Now I usually eat whole grain oatmeal, or egg whites, or cereal with skim milk

    I cannot go without breakfast either! - its ridiculous how hungry id be without it - cheerios are awesome - i could live off them
