I don't pin all of my hopes & dreams on this but it does help me during moments of "weakness". I have developed my own version of the WWJD mantra and replaced it with WWSVD (what would Sofia Vergara do?). If I want to get to my goals I must focus and "do" what SV would do - no excuses.

I recommend figuring out your goal/dream 'body' and visualizing it when you have those inevitable moments of weakness - be they emotional eating or social pressured eating or whatever. If you have a focus, and maintain a positive outlook on it, then you will get there.
